What is Molecular Targeted Therapy?
Molecular targeted therapy uses a medicine selected for a documented mutation, fusion, amplification or other tumour-driving alteration. Many molecular inhibitors are oral daily medicines; some matched antibodies or other agents are infused. Each has medicine-specific dosing, interaction and monitoring rules.
