What is Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis (SLED)?
SLED is a hybrid ICU dialysis lasting several hours at slower blood-flow rates when haemodynamics already write something between CRRT and a short HD run. A dialysis catheter connects to a machine programmed for longer, slower solute and fluid removal, typically over 6–12 hours, with ICU monitoring.
