Dr. Hanan Ali Mohammad

Dr. Hanan Ali Mohammad is a Specialist in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. She holds an MBBCh and Master's degree from Cairo University, and completed her PhD research in 2019 at Beni Suef University in Egypt. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow (FRCS) and a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO).

With 12 years of clinical experience, Dr. Mohammad has developed expertise in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, oculoplastic disorders, and corneal and retinal diseases. She has previously worked at the Research Institute of Ophthalmology in Cairo and at leading healthcare institutions in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Mohammad specializes in pediatric eye care with a particular focus on congenital eye abnormalities, strabismus, amblyopia, glaucoma, lacrimal system disease, and other childhood eye conditions. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
