Dr. Subodh Chandra Pande

Dr. Subodh Chandra Pande is Chief of Radiation Oncology and Co-Chief of the CyberKnife Centre at Artemis Hospital, Gurugram. With over 40 years of clinical experience, he holds an MD in Radiotherapy from AIIMS, New Delhi (1997) and a Diploma in Medical Radiotherapy (DMRE). Dr. Pande has established himself as a leading radiation oncologist in India through pioneering work in advanced therapy techniques and institutional leadership across multiple cancer centres.

His clinical practice encompasses the full spectrum of modern radiation oncology: CyberKnife radiosurgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), external beam radiotherapy, and PET scan-based treatment planning. He has particular expertise in head and neck cancers, CNS tumors, childhood cancers, and prostate cancer management. Early in his career, Dr. Pande helped establish neuro-oncology and paediatric oncology services at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, then upgraded stereotactic radiosurgery capabilities at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. In 2005, as Director of Medical Services at Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital, Jaipur, he commissioned the state's first modern Linear Accelerator facility.
