Dr. Zainul Aabideen is a Consultant and Head of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. A British-trained specialist, he brings over 20 years of international clinical experience in pediatric blood disorders, childhood cancers, and bone marrow transplantation across the United Kingdom, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Aabideen trained at leading UK institutions including the Royal Marsden Hospital, University College London Hospitals, Manchester Children's Hospital, Imperial College London, and the Great North Children's Hospital. He played a pioneering role in establishing one of the first comprehensive pediatric bone marrow transplant programs in the UAE, where he has successfully performed over 50 pediatric bone marrow transplants, including matched related, haploidentical, and autologous procedures.
He is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care for children with complex hematological and oncological conditions, working within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
