Dr. Saud Alzahrani

Dr. Saud Alzahrani is a Canadian board-certified Consultant Neuro & Spine Surgery and Head of Department at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. He brings 15 years of international clinical experience and training across Canada and the Middle East. Dr. Alzahrani graduated with honors from King Saud University in Riyadh and completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Ottawa, Canada.

His advanced training includes a Fellowship in Peripheral Nerve Surgery from the University of Calgary and a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Complex Spine Surgery from the University of Western Ontario. He holds Canadian board certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, awarded in 2018. His clinical expertise spans minimally invasive spine surgery, complex spinal cases, peripheral nerve surgeries, and interventional spine pain management.

Dr. Alzahrani is an active educator and researcher. He holds academic teaching positions at both the University of Calgary and Western University, where he contributes to the training of neurosurgery residents. His research interests focus on peripheral nerve regeneration and advanced imaging techniques in neurosurgery.
