Dr. Khalid Osman Elamin Elsayed

Dr. Khalid Osman Elamin Elsayed is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Director of Endoscopy at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. He holds an MBBS from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, and completed a Certification of Higher Training in Gastroenterology and General Medicine in the United Kingdom. He earned his Fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy, including ERCP and EUS, in 2009, and was awarded Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (London, UK) in 2013.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Khalid has held senior positions across the United Kingdom and the UAE. He previously served as a Consultant Gastroenterologist and led the upper GI cancer multidisciplinary team at Torbay Hospital in the United Kingdom, and subsequently held consultant and department head roles in government and private healthcare institutions in the UAE.

His clinical expertise encompasses pancreaticobiliary disease management, biliary endoscopy, advanced interventional endoscopy, and gastrointestinal oncology. Dr. Khalid is a JAG-accredited endoscopy trainer and has established endoscopic ultrasound services in multiple hospitals. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
