Dr. Ahmed Kamal Elbakary

Dr. Ahmed Kamal Elbakary is a Specialist Neonatologist with over 20 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal care. He holds a Medical Degree (MBBCH) from Ain Shams University School of Medicine in Egypt, earned in 1988, and advanced qualifications including a Master of Science in Pediatrics from the same institution (1993) and a Doctorate in Childhood Studies (2000).

Throughout his career, Dr. Elbakary has developed expertise in neonatal resuscitation and critical care instruction. He is certified as a provider and instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS), the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Child Protection Recognition and Response (CPRR). Additionally, he holds professional credentials in project management and leadership training.

Dr. Elbakary has worked across multiple healthcare settings in Egypt and Saudi Arabia before joining a public hospital in Al Ain in 2006, where he served as a Neonatologist and Training Director for life support services. He now practises at Burjeel Medical City in Abu Dhabi and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
