Why your final PIPAC cost may be different
The figure on this page is a PIPAC planning range per sitting as quoted. The figure on a hospital letter is an estimate written against a named drug and a stated number of sittings. Those two documents are not supposed to match to the dollar.
PIPAC can describe one laparoscopic sitting or a sequence. Cost may change because of cycle count, drug, cancer type, disease burden, hospital, specialist, investigations, stay and oncology.

Which cancers may be treated with PIPAC?
Selected peritoneal disease, including selected colorectal, gastric, ovarian and appendiceal settings, among others. Not every patient with those diagnoses is eligible.
